Steven D. Roth - Director Business Development

Steven D. Roth is Director - Business Development and joined CM Equity Partners in 2009. Prior to CMEP, Mr. Roth was CEO and co-founder of Onyx Government Services, a provider of technical consulting and information technology services to the federal government. Previously, Mr. Roth was President of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, a diversified provider of systems engineering, technical consulting, and information technology services to key public sector agencies, where he was responsible for starting the division and growing revenue above $100 million. Mr. Roth currently consults with growing government contractors to develop long-term business and growth strategies. 

 

Mr. Roth’s experience includes overall corporate management, mergers & acquisitions, operations, and business development at government systems integrators. He has served in technology management roles at Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, Octel Communications, and 3Com.

 

Mr. Roth is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business. He is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and AFCEA. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Dingman Center at the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business.

Mr. Roth has completed the Marine Corps Marathon multiple times and played lacrosse at the University of Maryland.
